    • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your design and shipping details before completing your purchase.

    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before your order enters production.

    • We currently only support Paypal payment, other payment methods will be added later, so stay tuned. (💡Note: If you do not have a PayPal account or do not have enough funds reserved in your PayPal account to make the payment, you can pay directly with a credit card or debit card.)

    • Uploading your own design is easy. Simply use our online design tool and follow the instructions to upload your artwork.
  2. Can I use the design tool to create my own design from scratch?
    • Absolutely! Our design tool allows you to create custom designs right on our website. Add text, graphics, and more to personalize your products.
  3. Are there specific image requirements for custom designs?
    • File formats: PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF
    • Size limit: max. 10 MB
    • Resolution: at least 1000 pixels on the shorter side, or min. 4000 pixels on the longer side.
